After years of running restaurants in France, Jérôme and Nathalie followed their hearts to Conroe. They brought their recipes, their hospitality, and a name close to their hearts.

Paulette was Nathalie’s mother, a baker and pastry chef. Today, her spirit lives on in the simple pleasure of sharing something delicious.
